Sure, the CMC Human Resources department is the champion for recruitment for the hospital and all of our offices. They recruit hundreds of CMC team members annually, but did you know you can join in on the recruitment fun too! It’s simple and rewarding.
- Accept an employment offer, compete all final onboarding requirements with a firm start date with CMC.
- Recruit through your contacts and encourage folks to join the CMC team for qualifying positions.
- Ensure that when your contact applies through the CMC on-line application, they type your name in the application box where it asks “where did you hear about this job”.
- If CMC had not already recruited that individual and they are hired and start work at CMC, you get paid a cash bonus.
Why are we so eager to pay our CMC employees in this way?
- It’s a win/win for both of us. The CMC Human Resources department couldn’t possibly know all the collective contacts of our new team members. Often healthcare organization hire recruitment firms to help. CMC would rather pay you than the recruitment firm.
- You have already studied CMC and decided it is right for you. You know our mission is to improve the overall health of our communities and you know our CMC Core Values. Who better to encourage like-minded people to join our team than you?
What’s the Catch? You aren’t really going to flat out pay me a big bonus check are you?
There is no catch. It’s a lump sum bonus check paid to you and it’s an ongoing offer to earn as many as you can. Some of our employee partners have earned over $20,000 to date making multiple referrals!
The amount of the cash bonus varies from position to position in direct relationship to general difficulty to recruit level but will typically range between $500.00 and $5,000.00 with the vast majority of the positions in the thousands.
