Dr Wallen is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon who has practiced in the Myrtle Beach area for 23 years. Prior to specialty training , he served as a dentist in the USAF for 5 years. His areas of special interest include wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting and reconstruction, and dental implant surgery. He maintains hospital privileges at CMC and GSRMC.
