Arsany Mina-Abouda, DO, MBA earned his Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Lipscomb University, 2019. During his undergraduate career, he studied the role of cytochrome P450 enzymes in the metabolism of cancer targeted therapy medications. He then went to Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine for his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Master of Business Administration.
His personal experience as an Egyptian immigrant has inspired him to pursue a career in Family Medicine, as he understands firsthand the language and cultural barriers that can inhibit access to quality healthcare. As a bilingual Arabic and English speaker, he can help bridge the gap of language barriers. His philosophy is to learn about the patient in a holistic approach to personalize care that prioritizes the patient’s individual needs and lifestyle. In his free time, Arsany likes to travel with his wife and their two dogs.
