CMC and Tanger Outlets team up for FREE Heart Screenings
Heart disease is the leading cause of death for men and women in the United States, but it can often be prevented by making healthier choices and managing heart health conditions. Conway Medical Center (CMC) believes it is important to know your personal risks for heart disease. During this American Heart Month, CMC wants you to take the time to know your numbers like cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure.
On Tuesday, February 26 from 10am until 2pm, the CMC Healthreach Van will be at the main entrance to the Kings Road Tanger Outlets in Myrtle Beach at the intersection of Hwy. 17 and Hwy. 22.
The CMC Heart Team and a Cardiac Specialist will be onsite providing FREE health screenings including lipid profile, blood sugar, and blood pressure readings.
***Please note the blood tests require a 12 hour fast and no lotions or oils on hands for the blood sugar finger stick.
