The Conway Medical Center Transitional Year Residency offers a robust curriculum. Designed by an experienced team of providers, you’ll receive a vast wealth of experience and gain knowledge which will lead to a rewarding and fulfilling life as a physician.
The schedule is dived into four-week blocks. You receive 20 days of paid time off with only one week of PTO per allowed rotation block.
