2024 – 2025 Sports Medicine Fellow
Christopher Grenz, MD
Neil Shah, MD
Neil was born and raised in Columbia, SC. He obtained a supply chain and business management degree from the University of South Carolina and did some consulting work before going back to the books to attend the Medical University of South Carolina for medical school. He then completed a 3 year Family Medicine residency at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida.
Neil grew up playing tennis, football, and running track. He loves to watch all sports, but especially enjoys tennis, basketball, football, and surfing. He has been to over 25 countries and loves traveling to new destinations and being adventurous. He loves food, breweries, computer tech, and cars, and is a trivia enthusiast.

Rob Zarajczyk, DO
Dr. Zarajczyk (Za-rye-check) was born and raised in Ormond Beach, FL and completed his undergraduate studies at Daytona State College. He migrated west and earned his medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences of the Pacific Northwest in Lebanon, OR and then completed a Family Medicine Residency in Spokane, WA.
Rob is passionate about sports medicine, lifestyle medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy. His life is enriched by his wife, two beautiful children, and their crazy dog. He enjoys exploring the outdoors by hiking, running, cycling, snowboarding, and surfing.
