Physical Competency Assessments

Applicant post offer physical competency for designated CMC physically demanding positions is determined to ensure your capability of performing the physical essential functions of the job you are seeking.  The physical competency assessment helps ensure a match to a job that you can physically complete without an elevated risk of injury to yourself and others.  Physical competency is determined through an assessment process completed by CMC. If you are offered a position at CMC, a Human Resources representative will discuss in detail the steps involved in this part of your onboarding process.
