Cycle Express (All Levels): You have time for this 1/2 hour cycling class. Your body will thank you.
Group Cycle (All Levels): Let our instructors guide you on an indoor cycle ride, rain or shine. Bring water & don't be late. Space is limited.

Upper Cuts (All Levels): A 1/2 hour dedicated to strengthen & tone your upper body. This class goes well with the Rock Bottom class.
