The Customer Assistance Line is a special service for patients and their families. The entire staff of Conway Medical Center wants your stay here to be completely satisfactory, and we are committed to providing you with excellent care.
We realize, however, sometimes a problem may occur. If this happens with you or your family, we ask that you speak with your nurse supervisor. If you feel that your problem cannot be resolved in this way, we encourage you to please call the Customer Assistance Line from 7:30 a.m.– 4 p.m., Monday–Friday at extension 1248 or if you are calling from outside the hospital, 347-8248. This line will reach the Director of Customer Service, who will assist you in resolving your problem.
It is our commitment to making sure that you and your family receive excellent service. At other times, please contact the hospital operator (dial 0 from your room or 347-7111 from outside the hospital) and ask for the shift coordinator.
