Begin your childbirth classes during your 7th or 8th month of pregnancy.

Classes will be taught on Saturdays in the CMC Auditorium.
Class content will include anatomy/physiology, stages of labor, pain management, breathing techniques, postpartum care, breastfeeding and newborn topics.

The cost for the all day Saturday class is $50 and should be brought to the 1st class along with a small blanket and 2 pillows.  Checks and Credit Cards are NOT accepted.
