2010 Childbirth Classes:
 

Begin your childbirth classes during your 7th or 8th month of pregnancy.

Classes will be taught on Saturdays.
Class content will include anatomy/physiology, stages of labor, pain management,
breathing/relaxation techniques, postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn topics.

Choose a class from the following list and register by your 6th month of pregnancy by calling 347.8108 or registering online.
