A physician's referral is required to schedule an appointment. To schedule an appointment, please call 843-347-4473. New patients are asked to arrive 20 minutes prior to their appointment time to complete necessary registration information. If you are running late or unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible.
As a member of the Conway Physicians Group, we accept most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. Please check with your insurance provider or our office to ensure that your care is covered and your out-of-pocket expense is minimized. Patients are responsible for payment of fees for services rendered including deductibles, co-payments or percentages not paid by insurance carriers. We are happy to file your insurance claims for you.
