Terry B. Levenson, MD, FACOG
	After graduating from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree, Dr. Terry B. Levenson received his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed his residency at the Medical University Hospital in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Levenson has been practicing in the Conway Community since 1982.
Nancy Collins, MD
	Dr. Nancy Collins attained her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at College of Charleston. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Medicine at Medical University of South Carolina and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Dr. Collins has previous experience as a Medical Research Technician in the Department for Cardiothoracic Surgery at MSCS and has also been a tutor for MUSC.
Jessica P. Lukowski, MD
	Dr. Jessica Lukowski attained her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at Virginia Tech. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Medicine at West Virginia University and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Akron General Hospital in Akron, Ohio. Dr. Lukowski is Board Eligible and is currently a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Society for Laproendoscopic Surgeons.

New patients are asked to arrive 20 minutes prior to their appointment time to complete necessary registration information. If you are running late or unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible. We appreciate our patients understanding regarding their wait time as the nature of our practice sometimes causes unplanned delays in our appointment schedule. Insurance As a member of the Conway Physicians Group, we accept most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure that your care is covered and your out-of-pocket expense is minimized. Patients are responsible for payment of fees for services rendered including deductibles, co-payments or percentages not paid by insurance carriers. We are happy to file your insurance claims for you.
