Services Provided
CPG Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine provides the following services:
- Diagnosis and Management of acute and chronic lung diseases such as:
- COPD
- Asthma
- Sarcoidosis Interstitial Lung Disease
- Diagnostic Bronchoscopy insomnia, and restless leg syndrome.
Appointment
We treat patients by appointment only. To make an appointment, please call 234.6888. New patients must have a physician referral in order to schedule an appointment and are asked to arrive 20 minutes prior to their appointment time to complete necessary registration information. If you are running late or unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible.
Insurance
As a member of the Conway Physicians Group, we accept most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure that your care is covered and your out-of-pocket expense is minimized. Patients are responsible for payment of fees for services rendered including deductibles, co-payments or percentages not paid by insurance carriers. We are happy to file your insurance claims for you.
