Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please call 236.2700. New patients are asked to arrive 20 minutes prior to appointment time to complete necessary registration information. Should you be unable to keep your appointment or if you are running late, please contact our office as soon as possible. We offer extended hours and lunchtime appointments so patients have the convenience they need. We will see walk-in/same day appointments as the schedule permits.
Insurance
As a member of the Conway Physicians Group, we accept most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. Please check with your insurance provider or our office to ensure that your care is covered and your out-of-pocket expense is minimized. Patients are responsible for payment of fees for services rendered including deductibles, copayments or percentages not paid by insurance carriers. We are happy to file your insurance claims for you.
